The openness of sunscreen fabric refers to the number of small holes interlaced by the warp and weft of shade fabric, using fibers of the same color and diameter to weave the same texture. The ability to block solar radiant heat and control glare with a smaller aperture ratio is stronger than that with a large aperture ratio.
Fabrics with 1% to 3% openness can block the most heat created by solar radiation and decrease glare, but they let in less natural light and have poor light transmission impact. As a result, we usually recommend it for particular sun exposure directions (such as west) and when the curtain wall is made of transparent glass to minimize high thermal radiation and bright sunlight.

The above values are average for reference, allowing 10% tolerance. Customization is acceptable for all given values. |
◈ Shade, light, and ventilation. It can block up to 86% of solar radiation while allowing for unobstructed indoor air and a clear view of the outside scenery.
◈ Insulation. The sunshade fabric has good thermal insulation properties that other fabrics do not have, lowering the utilization rate of indoor air conditioners significantly.
◈ Anti-UV shade fabric can resist up to 95% of UV rays.
◈ Fireproof. Low and high fire resistance can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual user.
◈ Moisture-proof. Bacteria cannot multiply and the fabric does not get moldy.
◈ Constant size. Sunshine fabric’s material determines that it is not malleable, will not deform, and will maintain its flatness for a long time.
◈ Easy to clean; it can be washed in clean water.
◈ Good colorfastness.
